Talk to a member of our care team about advanced pediatric cancer treatment.
Norton Children’s Cancer Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, is at the forefront of pediatric sarcoma treatment research. As principal investigators on numerous trials, our specialists have unparalleled experience with many innovative treatments once they are approved for broad use. Our researchers also contribute to groundbreaking studies and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
Patients may be eligible to take part in experimental pediatric sarcoma treatments. Norton Children’s Cancer Institute is part of the Beat Childhood Cancer research consortium. The consortium is a group of 40-plus universities and children’s hospitals worldwide offering a network of childhood cancer research trials coordinated by Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. These trials are based on the work of a group of researchers connected with laboratory programs that develop new therapies for high-risk pediatric cancers — all with the goal of finding a cure.
