Norton Children’s Endocrinology, affiliated with UofL School of Medicine, provides long-term care for newborns, children and teens with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and other endocrine conditions, including short-term and chronic disorders of the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, adrenal glands and gonads (testicles and ovaries). Our endocrinologists address growth abnormalities and the range of conditions that can cause them. We also have subspecialists caring for disorders of carbohydrate, amino acid, and mineral and lipid metabolism.
