Norton Children’s is a member of the Pediatric Pandemic Network, a group of hospitals and national agencies that strives to coordinate, prepare for and enable high-quality, equitable, research-based pediatric care during emergencies, disasters and pandemics.
Norton Children’s Prevention & Wellness takes an active leadership role in teaching healthy habits in children, including injury prevention and educating children and their families on healthy lifestyle choices. Advocacy and outreach educational programs are at the heart of the Norton Children’s mission.

Specially trained staff of nurses, physicians and pharmacists are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer questions and respond to emergencies involving possible poisonings.
