Norton MyChart gives you convenient online access to portions of your child’s electronic medical record any time day or night. Whether you’re at work, on the road or at home, you can view lab results, appointment information, medications, immunizations, allergies and more. All information is stored securely.

What Norton MyChart Means to You and Your Family

View Portions of Your Child’s Medical Information Online

  • Review medications, immunizations, allergies and medical history.
  • Receive email notifications that lab results are posted for viewing on Norton MyChart.
  • Review health education topics and discharge instructions from your child’s provider.

Manage Your Child’s Appointments

  • Request or cancel appointments online.
  • View details of past and upcoming appointments.
  • Request to be placed on a wait list for an earlier appointment.

Use Norton eCare

  • Connect with a Norton eCare provider through a secure video visit or eVisit.
  • Use urgent care telehealth for children ages 2 and older.

Stay in Touch With Your Child’s Provider’s Office

  • Norton MyChart is not an email system, but it does allow you to securely send messages to your child’s provider.
  • Send a request for medical advice or other nonurgent messages.
  • It should not be used to communicate urgent medical concerns.

How Do I Get Access to My Child’s Norton MyChart?

A parent or guardian will need their own free Norton MyChart account. Signing up can be done entirely online

If you already have a Norton MyChart account, you can request access to your child’s account (proxy access) from a laptop or desktop computer.

Step 1

Sign in to your Norton MyChart account from a computer.

Step 2

Choose the “Your Menu” icon at the top left of the page.

Step 3

Select Personalize from the drop-down menu (toward the bottom).

Step 4

Select “Request access to a minor’s record.”

Step 4

Fill in the details on the form, select “Submit Request” and information management staff will review your request. 

Step 5

You will receive a notification once access has been set up.

Step 6

The minor’s profile will show up on your home screen every time you sign in. View their medical record from the mobile app or a computer.
