The Children’s Hospital Foundation teen ambassadors are eighth-grade to high school students from the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. They meet three times during the school year. Teen ambassadors support Teen Board initiatives, volunteer at Children’s Hospital Foundation events and raise funds for the hospital. This program is a great stepping-stone for young people interested in the Teen Board and other Norton Children’s Hospital involvement.

Teen Board

The Children’s Hospital Foundation Teen Board meets to share ideas and help kids at Norton Children’s Hospital through fundraising, events, volunteering and special projects. The 30-member board is for high school students in the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. You must be a junior or senior in high school or have participated on Teen Board in the past to apply.

The Teen Board meets once a month to plan initiatives and discuss foundation events to improve fundraising and community outreach in the Louisville area. Teen Board members are expected to volunteer at Children’s Hospital Foundation events and raise funds for Norton Children’s Hospital.
