Join the Kohl’s High Five Classroom Challenge to enter a quarterly drawing for $150 Kohl’s gift card! The challenge is open to all classes Kindergarten and up and is a fun and interactive way for students to learn safe and healthy lifestyle behaviors.

You can complete the challenge each month, by sharing with us a photo of your class practicing one of the Kohl’s High Five:

1. Wash your hands
2. Buckle up
3. Wear a helmet
4. Eat right & stay active
5. Be safe, be seen

How to submit an entry for the challenge:

• Take a photo or video of your class practicing one of the High Five behaviors. Get creative!
• Email your submissions to Nikki.Boyd@nortonhealthcare.org.

Example:

Show us a picture or video singing the “Happy Birthday” or “ABC” song while scrubbing and cleaning your hands to show proper hand washing technique!

Remember you can submit a new entry each month for a total of 3 entries each quarter. Winners will be chosen randomly and notified by the 15^th of the month following the end of the quarter. Please note, in the case we are unable to establish contact with the winner after three attempts, another winner will be chosen.
