What you need:

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup skim milk

What to do:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide between two glasses.
