What to expect at a Norton Children’s Newbie Night

We know raising children can come with a whole slew of decisions, from choosing a name to sending them off to school. Pediatric primary care fits in there too. Norton Children’s Medical Associates is making the decision a little easier by offering monthly Newbie Nights.

What is a Newbie Night?

Our new patient nights are for those who are soon-to-be new parents, new to the area or just new to us. We’re holding the nights once a month at most of our 19 locations (see the list of available locations and dates) from 5:30 to 6 p.m.

During this time you will have an opportunity to:

Need a pediatrician?

New to parenthood? New to Louisville? Looking for a pediatrician?

Norton Children’s Medical Associates Newbie Nights will be held this week the Clarksville, Dixie Highway, Dupont, Middletown and Shepherdsville offices.

Meet the team — We would love to introduce ourselves

The bond between you, your child and your child’s pediatrician or pediatric care provider is a special one. He or she is a major source of information, advice and medical support that you will rely on as your child grows. Visiting a Newbie Night allows you to meet the staff and the providers at each location and ask questions.

We’ll answer your questions — Go ahead, ask away!

When choosing a pediatric provider you want to be sure the office hours fit your schedule, the provider accepts your insurance and that everyone shares the same views on overall care. These are all great questions to ask the providers and staff at Newbie Night. Treat choosing a pediatrician as a job interview. He or she has to be the right fit for your family.

Take a tour — Let us show you around

We’ve designed our decor, exam rooms and equipment to be “Just for Kids.” Bright, fun colors and artwork make for a welcoming atmosphere.

Can’t make one of our Newbie Nights — no problem! Just call the practice directly to set up a tour or meeting with a provider.
