Tickets now available for Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle

All proceeds from the raffle will support the Norton Children’s Hospital neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

People now have a chance to win a brand-new home, a 2025 BMW and other prizes. Tickets are on sale now for the 2024 Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle.

The raffle offers a chance to win a new home in Norton Commons valued at more than $900,000 and a white 2025 BMW X1 from BMW of Louisville plus $10,000 cash. In lieu of accepting the home, the grand prize winner will have the option of choosing a $500,000 cash prize.

This year, all proceeds from the raffle will support the Norton Children’s Hospital neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Norton Children’s Hospital is one of the only Level IV NICUs in the region, meaning the hospital is equipped to provide the highest level of care possible for premature infants and newborns. About 1,200 newborns are cared for in the Norton Children’s Hospital NICU every year.

Tickets are $100 each, and only 18,000 will be sold. Tickets can be purchased online at HomeAndBMWRaffle.com or by calling (502) 420-4299.

“We’re so excited for the 14th Home & BMW Raffle benefiting Norton Children’s Hospital,” said Lynnie Meyer, R.N., Ed.D., FAHP, CFRE, senior vice president and chief development officer, Norton Healthcare. “The NICU team is dedicated to working with ill and premature newborns from throughout Kentucky and Indiana. By participating in this year’s raffle, the community can directly support the team’s lifesaving work and make a meaningful difference in our community.”

This year’s home, located at 6222 St. Bernadette Ave., in Prospect, Kentucky, is 3,000 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The Norton Commons home is full of charm and gorgeous design elements throughout, including a custom outdoor bar area. Open houses will be held every Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 12 through Nov. 23, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.Tickets also will be on sale during the open houses.

The home was built by Ramage Company with C3 Studio assisting with the architecture. The interior design services were provided by Amanda Stubblefield with Ramage Company. Ramage Company’s design and construction efforts are being implemented with support from suppliers and trade partners who are donating time and materials to the project.
“This is now the Ramage Company’s 12th year with the raffle house program, and we are proud to be involved,” said David Ramage, founder and president, Ramage Company. “Being able to support Norton Children’s and the thousands of families who benefit from their services is truly an honor.”

The drawing will be held during the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual Snow Ball gala Nov. 23. Winners will be announced that night on the Norton Children’s Facebook page. Once the first prize is drawn for the 2025 BMW X1 plus $10,000 cash, the winner’s ticket will be put back into the drawing for the home. That means one lucky person has an opportunity to win both prizes.

The raffle is sponsored by Norton Commons, BMW of Louisville, Ramage Company, WAVE, Alpha Media and C3 Studio.

Special early bird drawings will take place in the months leading up to the final raffle drawing. Every ticket purchased prior to the deadlines will be entered in the drawing for the special giveaways.
