Children’s hospitals awarded designations excelled at factors such as clinical outcomes, level and quality of hospital resources directly related to patient care, and expert opinion among pediatric specialists.

The goal of these rankings is to assist parents and caregivers, along with their physicians, in navigating the challenges of choosing the best possible care for children with serious illnesses or complex medical needs.

“This team is dedicated to ensuring kids and families receive great care close to home,” said Susan Strack, system vice president, pediatric services, Norton Children’s. “Our mission is to continue to grow so we can impact and improve lives far into the future. These rankings show we’re making progress toward that goal.”
