The Festival of Trees & Lights, presented by Republic Bank, has helped kick off the holiday season in Louisville for the past 30 years.
The festival and the Snow Ball gala have raised nearly $9.4 million, helping fund technology advancements and care at Norton Children’s Hospital.
The Festival of Trees & Lights has become a local favorite, spreading cheer with its walk-through displays showcasing hundreds of trees, wreaths, menorahs and decor, all available for purchase to benefit the Norton Children’s Hospital through the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
This year’s festival is Nov. 15 to Nov. 17 at Louisville Slugger Field.
Over 30 years, the Festival of Trees & Lights has helped to bring great care and medical technology to this community. Here are some of the highlights:

Proceeds from the 2019 Festival of Trees & Lights will benefit the more than 185,000 children who seek care at Norton Children’s Hospital and its affiliated facilities each year. As Kentucky and Southern Indiana’s only full-service, free-standing pediatric hospital, Norton Children’s Hospital, along with its predecessor hospitals, have cared for children for more than a century without regard to their families’ ability to pay.
