Now celebrating its 37th year, the Snow Ball Gala, part of the annual Festival of Trees & Lights, is one of the largest and most anticipated fundraisers benefiting Norton Children’s Hospital. This black-tie evening features cocktails, live entertainment, dancing, and an exquisite gourmet dining experience.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in the magic of the season. Surrounded by the sparkle of holiday lights, guests will step into a breathtaking winter wonderland. During the cocktail reception, attendees can browse an exclusive silent auction featuring luxury packages, fine dining experiences, jewelry, travel opportunities, and much more.

The evening also features several exciting raffle opportunities, including the popular Snow Ball Crystal Cash Split, where one lucky winner could take home up to $50,000.

Following a five-course dinner, guests will enjoy dancing and live music from The Downtown Band. The celebration concludes with our signature late-night experience featuring a hot chocolate and coffee bar, sweet treats and a special take-home gift for every guest.

The Snow Ball benefits Norton Children’s through the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation, which raises funds exclusively to support programs, advanced equipment, innovative technologies, clinical research, child advocacy and health education for patients, families, medical staff and the community.

Each year, proceeds from the Snow Ball support the areas of greatest need across Norton Children’s. This year’s event will help advance our bold vision to build a second dedicated pediatric hospital as part of a new state-of-the-art pediatric campus, further strengthening our role as Kentucky’s health system “Just for Kids.” As demand for pediatric care continues to grow and our current downtown facility reaches capacity, this new pediatric village will expand access to world-class care, accelerate groundbreaking research and enhance the patient and family experience for generations to come.
