Gifts to the Children’s Hospital Foundation through this year’s Give for Good Louisville will help young patients who need lifesaving care, like Ella Beames.
When she was in third grade, Ella experienced multiple cardiac arrests that could have taken her life. She was rushed to Norton Children’s Hospital, where she was diagnosed with and treated for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Ella and her family couldn’t be more grateful for the care they received at Norton Children’s Hospital during such a traumatic time.
“We are so incredibly lucky in Louisville to have Norton Children’s Hospital as a premier health care resource for families,” said Ella’s mother, Theresa Beames.
Anytime Thursday, Sept. 13
Give for Good Louisville will be collecting donations for the Children’s Hospital Foundation on Thursday, Sept. 13, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
We hope you’ll remember the more than 185,000 children and teens that Norton Children’s cares for every year. Our mission of providing care to children in need, regardless of their families’ ability to pay, wouldn’t be possible without the generous support we receive from donors in the community. Don’t miss your chance to change a child’s life!
