Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services Office for Children With Special Health Care Needs

The Kentucky Office for Children With Special Health Care Needs, formerly the Commission for Children With Special Health Care Needs, provides comprehensive care for children with special health care needs who:

  • Are Kentucky residents
  • Are younger than age 21
  • Meet medical eligibility
  • Meet financial eligibility

Kentucky Autism Training Center serves as a statewide resource for families and educators. The center is housed at the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development.
