Tickets go on sale July 1, 2021, for the 11th annual Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle. The raffle offers a chance to win a new home in Norton Commons valued at approximately $600,000 and a 2022 BMW X3 from BMW of Louisville plus $10,000 cash.
All proceeds from the raffle support Norton Children’s Cancer Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, through the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Tickets are $100 each, and only 15,000 will be sold. Tickets can be purchased online at HomeAndBMWRaffle.com or by calling (502) 629-8060. Tickets also will be on sale during open house events at the raffle home. The address is 6340 Pond Lily St., Prospect, Kentucky. Open houses will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 2 through Dec. 3, noon to 6 p.m., and Dec. 4, noon to 3 p.m.
“You can feel good that your ticket purchase is making a difference for the more than 185,000 children who need Norton Children’s each year,” said Lynnie Meyer, Ed.D., R.N., CFRE, senior vice president and chief development officer, Norton Healthcare.
“This raffle, through the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation, allows us to provide care to children — no matter their illness or injury — through funding for important programs, equipment, facilities, research, advocacy and education. Kentucky’s only full-service, free-standing children’s hospital and its sister facilities rely on your support now more than ever.”
The raffle home’s Lowcountry-inspired architectural style is complemented by an open floor plan and connectivity to its outdoor spaces. It has three bedrooms, including a first-floor primary suite, 2.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, wraparound covered porch, full unfinished basement and 2.5-car attached garage. Other features include 10-foot ceiling height, multiple access points to the porch, detailed woodwork and paneling, wood floors, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a geothermal heating and cooling system to save on energy costs.
Ramage Company, who developed the house plans with C3 Studio LLC, is overseeing construction. Leslie Cotter Interiors and Clare Miller Home are providing interior design services in conjunction with support from suppliers and trade partners who are donating time and materials to the project.
“We are excited for our ninth year supporting the raffle house program,” said David Ramage, founder and president, Ramage Company. “Our team is honored to partner with Norton Children’s Hospital and support their amazing work in our community.”

The drawing will be held Dec. 4, 2021, during the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual Snow Ball gala. Winners will be announced that night on the Norton Children’s Facebook page.
Once the first prize drawing is drawn for the 2022 BMW X3 plus $10,000 cash, the winner’s ticket will be put back into the drawing for the home. That means one lucky person has an opportunity to win both prizes.
The 2022 BMW X3 from BMW of Louisville is alpine white with a black interior. It features heated front seats and Bluetooth wireless technology. The package includes full maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles.
The raffle is sponsored by Norton Commons, BMW of Louisville, Ramage Company, WAVE-3 News, Leslie Cotter Interiors and Alpha Media.
A special early bird drawing of groceries for a year is included if tickets are purchased before Oct. 8.
