The downtown Louisville, Kentucky, location of Wendy Novak Diabetes Institute and Norton Children’s Endocrinology, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, is on the seventh floor of the Novak Center for Children’s Health.

The Novak Center for Children’s Health is on Chestnut Street between Preston and Jackson streets. Parking is available in the UofL Physicians Outpatient Center Parking Garage at 414 E. Chestnut St. A pedway connecting the garage to the Novak Center is located on the third level.

TARC routes 19, 21, 28 and 52 stop close to the Novak Center.

Our board-certified and fellowship-trained endocrinologists care for more than 1,200 children with diabetes each year. Our physicians also lead clinical trials on new treatments for diabetes and train the next generation of endocrinologists at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
