Our office is located on Brownsboro Road just inside the Waterson Expressway in Brownsboro Center. Parking is available next to the office. TARC route 15 stops nearby.

You can view and download medical records anytime through your child’s Norton MyChart account. If you need printed records or a doctor’s note, please request one during your visit or call our office.

Test results typically are available through Norton MyChart. If you have proxy access to your child’s account, you will receive a notification when results are ready.
Norton eCare offers 24/7 access to Norton Healthcare providers for nonurgent concerns via your mobile device or computer through Norton MyChart. Norton eCare is able to treat patients ages 2 and older located in Kentucky or Indiana.
If there has been a change in guardianship, please bring the legal documentation to your next appointment so we can update your child’s records accordingly.
Yes, we offer sports and school physicals. We have standard Kentucky preventative health care exam forms and Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) sports physical forms in our offices. If you need other forms signed for a specific school or program, you will need to bring those forms with you.
