The inaugural Bourbon & Bowties event was established in memory of Charles W. Gant, a loving and energetic 8-year-old boy who passed away from viral encephalitis on June 3, 2009. Since then, Bourbon & Bowties has honored Laurel Dortch, Maxwell W. Johnson, Owen F. McMasters, Anna-Maria Beck, Clara and Wilson McGarvey, Tanner Demling, Mason Christensen, Mya White, Hazel Leggett, Johnathan Young, James Logan Vaughn and Annalise Aguirre. The event also will continue to honor and remember former head chef and host Dean Corbett.
An exclusive Vineyard Vines bow tie and tie and an exclusive bangle by jewelry company Bourbon and Boweties have been designed to commemorate our honorees and are available for purchase at Cartwheels Paper & Gifts, The Fashion Post, Nicole & B Boutique and Two Chicks & Co.
