How would you like to win a brand new home worth about $750,000 or a 2020 BMW 2 Series convertible and $10,000 cash, as well as benefit the Children’s Hospital Foundation? Tickets are available now for the annual Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle. Tickets are $100 each. Only 12,000 tickets will be sold. All proceeds support Norton Children’s Hospital through the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Standing at nearly 3,000 square feet of living space, the raffle home’s Second Empire-inspired architecture is complemented by an open floor plan design and two floors of outdoor living space overlooking Norton Commons. It has three bedrooms, including a second-floor owners suite; 3½
bathrooms; full basement; and two-car, attached garage. The kitchen features a large island with quartz countertops, painted cabinetry and stainless appliances. Other features include wood floors and a geothermal heating and cooling system to save on energy costs.
The construction drawings were developed by Work Architecture + Design in collaboration with Anthony Catania of Michael Watkins Architect LLC. Ramage Company is managing construction, with interior design by Leslie Cotter Interiors in conjunction with support from suppliers and trade partners who have donated time and materials to the project.
“This is our seventh year supporting this effort, and each time it has been a wonderful project,” said David Ramage, founder and president, Ramage Company. “Everyone involved knows the value of helping the children of this community, and we’re honored we can give back.”
Tickets also will be on sale during open house events every Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 5 through Nov. 17, noon to 6 p.m.; and Nov. 23, noon to 3 p.m.; at the raffle home, 6122 Mistflower Circle, Prospect, Kentucky. Call (502) 629-8060 for more information or to buy raffle tickets.

The drawing will be held Nov. 23, 2019, at the Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual fundraising gala, the Snow Ball, at the Omni Louisville Hotel. Winners will be announced Nov. 23 on the Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW RaffleFacebook page.
Once the first prize drawing is completed for the 2020 BMW 2 Series convertible plus $10,000 cash, the winner’s ticket will be put back into the drawing for the home. That means one lucky person has an opportunity to win both prizes.
The 2020 BMW 2 Series convertible from BMW of Louisville is alpine white with a black interior. It features heated front seats and Bluetooth wireless technology. The package includes full maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles.
The raffle is sponsored by Norton Commons, BMW of Louisville, Ramage Company, WAVE-3 News, Leslie Cotter Interiors, Century Entertainment & Furnishings, Thorntons and Alpha Media.
Proceeds from the 2019 Norton Children’s Hospital Home & BMW Raffle as well as the Festival of Trees & Lights and Snow Ball will benefit the greatest areas of need, including comprehensive pediatric care; a full range of services for congenital and acquired heart disease; cancer care; neurosciences; spine and orthopedic care; neonatal care; and “Just for Kids” Transport Team services.
