Skip the lines with early access to the 30th anniversary Festival of Trees & Lights. Doors open Saturday, Nov. 16, at 9 a.m., for unlimited train rides, carousel rides and photos with Santa before the event is open to the public. All other activities and attractions begin at 10 a.m.

Tickets are required for all adults and children ages 3 and up. Children ages 2 and under are free. Adult tickets are $9 each. A buy one, get one free option can be used for two adult tickets. Children’s admission is $25 per child and includes gold pass, unlimited train rides, carousel rides and access to Elf Town.

Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Bring your email confirmation to the online ticket check-in area to enter. Refunds cannot be issued, but tickets can be redeemed for one-time event access Nov. 15 to 17, 2019.
