Healthy Living Workshops: Growing a happy, healthy family

Presented by Norton Children’s Prevention & Wellness and YMCA of Greater Louisville

Join us for a five-week workshop series designed to support families with teens in their journey toward healthy living.

This workshop will focus on:

  • Goal setting for healthy habits
  • Healthy meal planning and prep
  • Fun ways to stay active with fitbit and Y passes!
