Norton eCare for Children and Adults

Access Telehealth Urgent Care Now

Use Norton eCare Anytime, Any Day.

Telehealth urgent care is available for adults and children ages 2 and older from home. Anytime. Any day.

We offer two types of urgent care telehealth visits through Norton eCare — video visits and eVisits for concerns that often can be taken care of by questionnaire. Choose the option that fits your needs: Schedule a visit yourself through your MyNortonChart account.

Your Telehealth Urgent Care Options

Norton eCare Video Visits

Benefits

  • See a local Norton eCare provider face to face through a secure, online video connection.
  • Prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy of choice.
  • Referrals for drive-thru testing are available if needed.
  • Video visits are covered by most insurance plans, and copays are similar to an office visit. Self-pay options also are available.

Is a Video Visit Right for You?

  • Available for patients ages 2 and older.
  • The patient must be physically located in Kentucky or Indiana.

How to Get Started

  • Log in or sign up for a MyNortonChart account on your computer, or download the MyChart app. To schedule for your child, be sure you are logged into their account under proxy access.

Norton eCare eVisits

Benefits

  • You’ll fill out a secure, online questionnaire about your symptoms and get a call back from a local Norton eCare provider to discuss recommended treatment.
  • No video is required.
  • Prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy of choice.
  • Referrals for drive-thru testing are available if needed.
  • eVisits cost $40 without insurance, or a copay varies based on your insurance plan.

Is an eVisit Right for You?

  • The patient must have been a Norton Healthcare or Norton Children’s patient within the past three years.
  • Available for ages 5 and older for ringworm, swimmer’s ear and head lice. All other conditions are for ages 18 and older.
  • The patient must be a Kentucky resident.
