After leaving Norton Children’s Hospital, your child may need home care or follow-up visits. Follow this checklist to make sure you:

  • Review instructions for any home care before leaving the hospital. Follow the instructions for medications and care as directed.
  • If follow-up visits are scheduled, make sure to add to your family’s calendar or add reminders to your phone.
