Norton Children’s Hospital has teamed up with Alpha Media for the ninth annual fundraiser. Alpha Media stations 99.7 DJX, B96.5, Magic 101.3, 102.3 Jack FM and G105.1 will set up remote studios in the lobby of Norton Children’s Hospital.

They’ll broadcast live from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days to raise funds to help the hospital care for kids. The stations will interview families and children who have received — or are currently receiving — care at Norton Children’s Hospital.

Donations allow Norton Children’s to serve nearly 170,000 kids each year.

Funds raised will help:
  • Purchase state-of-the-art technology and equipment
  • Build and renovate areas of the hospital, including the neonatal intensive care unit
  • Develop research to fight and cure childhood diseases

The broadcast is held in partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network. The radiothon has helped raise nearly $2 million to date.
