& BMW Raffle
Purchase your ticket starting July 1.
Tickets are on sale for $100 each, and only 12,000 will be sold. Tickets can be purchased online at HomeAndBMWRaffle.com or by calling (502) 629-8060. Tickets also will be on sale during open house events at the raffle home. The address is 6120 Mistflower Circle, Prospect, Kentucky. Open houses will be held every Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 3 through Nov. 14, noon to 6 p.m., and Nov. 21, noon to 3 p.m.
The raffle home’s Richardsonian Romanesque architecture style is complemented by an open floor plan. It has three bedrooms, including a first-floor owner’s suite, 3.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, two covered porches, full unfinished basement and two-car attached garage. Other features include 11-foot ceilings, arched doorways, detailed woodwork and paneling, wood floors, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a geothermal heating and cooling system to save on energy costs. The second floor includes a family living room with treehouse loft, two guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a bunkbed feature, and a children’s play loft accessed from a spiral staircase.
Ramage Company, who developed the house plans with C3 Studio LLC, is overseeing construction. Interior design services are provided by Leslie Cotter Interiors in conjunction with support from suppliers and trade partners who have donated time and materials to the project.
“This is our eighth year supporting this effort, and each time it has been a wonderful project,” said David Ramage, founder and president, Ramage Company. “Everyone involved knows the value of helping the children of this community, and we’re honored we can give back.”
The drawing will be held Nov. 21, 2020, at the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual Snow Ball gala. Winners will be announced Nov. 21 on the Norton Children’s Facebook page.
Once the first prize drawing is completed for the 2021 BMW X3 plus $10,000 cash, the winner’s ticket will be put back into the drawing for the home. That means one lucky person has an opportunity to win both prizes.
The 2021 BMW X3 from BMW of Louisville is alpine white with a black interior. It features heated front seats and Bluetooth wireless technology. The package includes full maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles.
The raffle is sponsored by Norton Commons, BMW of Louisville, Ramage Company, WAVE-3 News, Leslie Cotter Interiors and Alpha Media.
