Norton Children’s Heart Institute Transplant Clinic is located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, on the fifth floor of the Novak Center for Children’s Health.

The Novak Center for Children’s Health is on Chestnut Street between Preston and Jackson streets. Parking is available in the UofL Physicians Outpatient Center Parking Garage at 414 E. Chestnut St. A pedway connecting the garage to the Novak Center is located on the third level. TARC routes 19, 21, 28 and 52 stop close to the Novak Center.

Norton Children’s Heart Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, has been at the forefront of pediatric heart transplants since Norton Children’s Hospital became the second facility in the United States to perform a heart transplant in an infant in 1986. Since then, Norton Children’s surgeons have performed more than 100 heart transplants.
