Each patient’s diabetes care team involves a wide range of support. Our team consists of board-certified and fellowship-trained pediatric endocrinologists and advanced practice providers, plus a full support staff, including certified diabetes educators, nurses, dietitians, a psychologist, behavioral and mental health therapists, child life specialists, patient navigators, care coordinators and an exercise physiologist. Each member of our team works together to create a personalized diabetes care plan for your child and to make modifications as any needs arise.
